Transactions Batch or Online?

We all want the immediate things, and computers increasingly helps us, either to receive information, a family statement, to seek a restaurant, a hotel, or a service; and to effectuate a transaction, whether a sale, purchase or payment.

The communication facilities were in our hand, in the past the purchase of a phone line to your home or office (fixed) could take months; now you go to a store and go out with a cell phone and enabled line within minutes.

Everything is getting much simpler and faster for the user.

In the past our transactions were based on very Batch processing done outside the hours of a bank agency, outside of business hours. The volume of online transactions was very small. We did not have the facilities of internet and mobile phones, which today is a reality.

My mother, an old lady, attends the banking agency where you have your account to make payments and chat with the manager of your account, and can solve their needs at the time, but this activity also is getting smaller.
